I went this morning thinking I would be doing a good deed and all they said was had to have you I D and SS card I had both but my I D says Karen Baker Price and my SS card says Karen Lynn price cause I put my maiden name Baker on my I D they would not let me do it so I will never go back there again

The rudest people I HAVE EVER DELT WITH IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. The most unprofessional ...unskilled personal..and it starts with the leadership on down. This place need a complete overhaul in there current staff asap. The only reason i gave them one star cus it wouldnt allow me to give zero stars

The staff is friendly and welcoming. Donating Plasma is a wonderful experience and will give you some extra money. Junkies and druggies are weeded out with screening every time you go. There are regular donors, I am one, that are friendly and clean. I highly recommend donating plasma.

They are supposed to be opened until 5 on Saturday and Sunday , not only do the online hours say so but it also says it on the answering machine , went there today at 2:15.. they said they closed at 2:00.. please change your hours on both the website and the answering machine.

I would have rated this place zero stars if I could.... DISGUSTING! 99.9% of the patients looked as if they just snorted a line before arriving. I would never recommend this place unless you need drug money!
