Nice to have a Dave and Busters in the Bay Area. Located at the Serramonte center it is a great location with a decent amount of space. Being somebody used to the arcades in the city it’s nice to see the regular games you would get out of a bigger arcade. As opposed to the old arcade games and the pinball machines having those modern games are just a different flair that can’t be acquired elsewhere. Walking in tends to channel my inner your child which it did. The games are maintained with staff to assist when there are issues. There is also a great happy hour. Things to note: 1. Happy hour Mon to Fri 4:30 - 7PM and Sun to Thur 10PM to Midnight 2. Happy hour with 1/2 Cocktails, $1 off 22oz Drafts, $1 Off Wine 3. Until 5PM + Friday and Sat - $19 4. $2 dollar deals on Tuesday 5. Half price games on Wednesday Definitely recommend as a nice place to go to if you are looking for a nice fun night.

Me and my dad both did food and games. Food came out cold and our server rarely checked in. We had to flag him for anything after our food came out and another waiter did our bill because we could not find him. The place seemed pretty new and a couple of the games were not working although most of the games were and were pretty good. Definitely not a great Dave and Busters and probably never going back.

Good: - Fun ticket producing games with easy ticket keeping system - Vigilant and helpful security guards Bad: - Horrendous wait time for the restaurant (quoted 1 to 1.5 hours to be seated, actually took 2.5 hours); many open tables in sight leads me to believe that they are WAY understaffed. TL;DR = come for the games, eat elsewhere.

It was filthy and grimy everywhere. As soon as you walk in you see filthy hand prints on the glass and the bathroom was worse than the bart station downtown. Service was bad. Our waitress spent more time flirting with the table next to us than getting our order right.

Great time staff respectful. Not as big but i think games more for young ages. My teenage sons complained about games being more for kids that love chucke cheese. I enjoyed myself with my daughter. Great place to have a party good vibes good service.

Stick to the hamburgers which is pretty much the best thing on their menu. The other dishes we had were undercooked (Salmon) or tough and bland (Bistro Steak & Shrimp with Lobster Alfredo Linguini). Their specialty drinks were too sweet.

This place just opened and it is so busy with people. Parking was difficult on a Saturday night. The parking area is still being worked on. Fun place to take the family and have dinner, drinks and games.

This place has the worst service. No one helped us for at least 20 minutes. We left and no one cared to stop us. They really need to have better management! They have the security guards under control!

We went around 430 right when happy hour started and every mixed drinks was 12 price. The burgers are great too. It was not crowded at all usually start getting really busy after 730.

Its a nice place but bring your pocket book. The food is good but the nachos had no cheese. Fish and chips was good and so was the 5.00 salad.
