From my first phone call to the minute I purchased my Dodge Journey my salesman Ike was genuinely honest. I told him what I wanted and the monthly price range I needed to be at. My husband and I have been to four car dealers in the last month and we were turned off by the service. I had two phone conversations with Ike prior to coming into Tri-City. On my last phone call with Ike I had told him I would be in to meet with him after I returned from my trip to New Jersey to be with my daughter that was having major surgery. Ike told me my daughter would be in his prayers. That meant the world to me that he genuinely cared. When my husband and I came to Tri-City, Ike was amazing. The Sales manager was friendly and the finance manager was great. From beginning to end this was the best new car purchase experience I have ever had. What a wonderful experience! I LOVE my new Sorrento and my husband and I are thankful for the great service we received from Tri-City KIA! We have been looking for a new vehicle for 4 or 5 months now and have worked with several different Dealers in the process. Tri-City KIA by far out ranked all their competitors in Customer Service. Buying a new vehicle can be stressful, but the team at Tri-City made our purchase flawless from start to finish. Our salesman Barry Moore was extremely knowledgeable and went out of his way to help us make the right choice without the "high-pressure" sales techniques utilized by other dealerships. Barry, Tony Adcock and Mr. Harley provided us with a down-home "Old School" type of customer service rarely seen in these days and times. The Tri-City team genuinely were more concerned with our comfort and satisfaction than they were in just "making the sale". Anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle should give Barry Moore and his team a try...You will be glad you did!

This was by leaps and bounds the most pleasureable and hassle free buying experience I have ever been a part of. I performed my research online and found the vehicle I wanted. Ike Williams of Tri City Dodge brought the vehicle to my job, during my break period, so I would be able to see the vehicle in person during day light hours and test drive the vehicle. I submitted all of my finance paperwork online after which Ike and the finance team worked diligently to get me the best possible interest rate and kept my payment exactly where I wanted it. After all of this, the team at Tri City Dodge stayed late, past normal business hours, to allow me to sign all of the paperwork and drive away in my new 2016 Ram Big Horn because it was more convienant for me. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and dedication to the customer that I experienced working with this team. I will 100% for sure make more purchases from here.

I called before I came to make sure the car I was looking at online was on the lot (Kingsport, TN location), and they told it was so I drove over there (about an hour away). Once I got there the car was sent out as a loaner car earlier that morning (before I called) and was not on the lot. I found a different car that I liked better so I went to see how much it would be. While I was negotiating with them I asked them not to run my credit over and over until we reached a price that we both could agree on. They said they would not. However I have a credit tracker account and it showed that they ran my credit 7 times!!!!! I ended up getting the car, but I will never ever go here for another car. My credit is shot for another 2 years now until that comes off. Thanks a lot...

EDEN, NC. Just bought a 2010 Dodge Nitro from Beverly Shelton and Jerry Harley. It was the best service and assistance I have ever had at a dealership. I also go out of state to buy my vehicles. Just bought a 2016 jeep wrangler from them! Ike was my salesman and he was awesome! He came in on his day off to finish my paperwork and make sure my jeep was ready for me to pick up when I got off work! He took the time to show me all the features on my jeep and told me if I have any questions to call him! He never was pushy and took the time to make sure I was satisfied! Everyone was really friendly, my salesman Ike took his time with me, he showed me everything about the Jeep Wrangler all the available options we even took the front part of the top off. Ike showed me at least 5 different Jeeps before I made my decision, very upfront and honest about everything and no pressure.
