Encourages hoarding of elderly.. Manager very disrespectful.. does not know her place in family matters/personal issues/ mental health .. told my significant other she is going to die soon.. unbelievable!!! Also mention if she was her kids she would not have any teeth left!.. need to fire manager immediately.. GoodWill?? Really.. cannot believe someone who speaks that way to a customer trying to return items! Nothing good about this Good Will
