Never, I say NEVER have I encountered such a lack of professionalism and rudeness coming from all the staff (Aside from one person). They literally treat you like a dog, and are not happy for being at work. And they think they are doing you a favor. Once I had to wait to donate because 2 employees were deciding which type of pizza to order in front of me while at work. So so disrespectful! Worst experience of my life. Aside from being yelled yet or staff being snappy with you...

Horrible experience – Management communications are horrible. Web site has incorrect business hours and it’s been that way for a while. The new donor process may take 6 hours and they tell you 3-4 hours. If you don’t donate during the new donor process, you start all over with the process the next time in. Management doesn’t care about customer service. Mon & Wed open 8AM -- Tue & Thurs 10AM.. They need to review their new donor processes. This is a joke

Some totally rude/ignorant staff members... if need be I could certainly point them out!! I absolutely will never go back to this place! They are like this to most everyone i see up there. I would say there is less than a handful of decent ones there & its totally not worth going there even when getting paid for it. Never worth it! I wont ever be going back here!

Be prepared to wait 5+ hours on your first visit. This is the most inefficient center I have ever donated at. There was hardly anyone in the center...including staff and we waited 4 hours before completing the new donor visit with the nurse. Pathetic. If you evr find a Biolife, always go there first. Grifols has been nothing but a disappointment for awhile.

Ive been going here for a year and yes there are some rude staff here but it all depends on the time of day and which day you go. I do enjoy going to this location because the location on new bern ave is way worse than this one and the staff there is extremely rude and unprofessional. I will always continue to go to the garner station location.

This place is a joke. Totally new people "BEING TRAINED". none of the older nice people there. One girl is so rude it is ridiculous she is on 2nd shift so beware. Dusty should be gone he tells people what they want to hear at the moment because they HAVE to collect a certain number of plasma donations

The staff spends too much time standing around talking to each other, instead of moving it along, also their blood pressure machine is too sensitive because when I go to the doctor everything is fine.

They always had me in and out on time with my appointment. Only time I had to wait the longest was the first day, which was for screening. Staff are super nice!
