i needed to do some community service. I was treated like dirt from the very beginning. The managers and employees were not helpful or even kind. They just gave me the work they did not want to finish or that was beneath them. The Manager always acted like he had no time to put in my time that I worked, he did not want to give me my time sheet and in fact said that they could not find them. when I told him he had them he got belligerent and said , You are calling me a liar?) all I wanted to do was do my work get in my hours and leave when I wanted to. Instead they made you wait another hour until they felt like signing you out. The staff hardly worked on breaks all the time and talking about inappropriate subjects in front of customers. The staff would make fun of the disabled and talk about how the community service workers were losers. just because we made some bad choices in the past does not mean that we should be treated like "slaves" . Worst store ever not clean, unfriendly, down right rude and lazy staff.

I can never manage to leave this place without finding a treasure or two. The Halloween selection here is so fabulous that it usually becomes my wardrobe for the rest of the year. The craft section is also a shining star. And the whole place is run by frienfly and helpful staff. Easily the best Arc in town!

The manager is very rude. He was rude, disrespectful and had extremely poor customer service. Felt bad for the woman that had to deal with him. Seeing the altercation, has made me think several times before going back. Rather go to a different arc store that has better customer service.

i used to shop at many of the ARC shops. Not any more. They are all over priced even when you consider the half price days. Ridiculous. They have a wonderful charity, but they have lost sight of their objective.

I visit several ARC Thrift Stores every Saturday and this location is one of the best managed ARC Thrift Stores. Scott, Alex, Trisha, just to name a fe are friendly and helpful. Love this ARC!

This location looks so much better since they rearranged/remodeled! But prices tend to be on the high side for 2nd hand items...this seems to be the trend with "chain" thrift stores though.

$13 for a second hand long sleeve shirt?! Who prices this stuff? Not really a service to the poor. Not worth the urine smell coming from other customers.

It can be a little disheveled, but most Goodwills are too. Really friendly staff, good prices. This store has the better selection of CDs most of the time.

This store is well organized and is packed full of all you could imagine, the prices seemed to vary between cheap and too expensive.

This Arc is really run down. Finding a good deal here is a once in a million. The furniture prices are a joke.
