Staff was rude and not very customer service oriented. From the moment you walk in, it feels uncomfortable. When verifying my name and residency one woman told me that my name “did not look like a real name”. Joking manner or not, that is not something you say to a donor or any person for that matter! However, there are some staff that make you feel welcome. If you have the pleasure of working with alysha she will take amazing care of you. Overall, great place to earn a few extra dollars, I was in and out quickly and had no bruising at the withdrawl site. The room was cool and all facilities were very clean, just don’t expect staff to greet you with a smile.

Worst center in Tucson i drove up here so i could save some time when changing my site the lady said i said i was saying my address wrong and wouldnt take me in with out a pice of mail so i went and grabed my car insurance and show them the address on it with my name and then said it had to within. 30 days witch it was alil over so i pull up my cox bill and show them the adress on that and that doesnt work they need to get it together here never had a problem with the one iv always gone to

This was my first time giving and I was a bit reluctant considering the other recent reviews for this location. I was disappointed to find out that the previous reviews were true. The staff that helped me today did not know their hours of operation along with lacking in customer service. I hope that this location is able to turn it around because it is one of the closest ones to my house but unfortunately I had to decline giving due to the lack of directions and instructions given.

i have been going here for a while recently noticed employee morale go down the drain also noticed a bit of a turnover rate .the new employees are great but whats left of the old staff leaves a lot to be desired .it,s like passive aggressive behavior and like they say it starts from the top down .i have not complained to supervisors for fear of retaliation,but if this behavior continues i,m going to complain to the corporate office.

I donated at CSL end of 2013 and beginning of 2014 never had a problem. Then I went in last week they gave me a physical and questioned me about my tattoos. I have lots of tattoos and have told them all of them multiple times. Their records however were incomplete and because of this they accused me of lying then deferred me for life. Now I have to dispute the whole ordeal with corporate.

Every time I go in they are very nice and try to do everything in a timely manner. One of the employees is not very good at using a needle and has hurt me twice but everyone makes mistakes. Whenever I go in I am usually out in under an hour and a half. I would recommend this place over others.

It is a smaller location , relatively new location. Its clean.amd compliant osha standards. THE Personal There are Professional and friendly. ABLE TO amswer any questions or handle any situation ..it would be my favprite lovation of the thrre i have gone to im Tucson.

I have been donating off and on for 3 years, this place is understaffed. Wait times after screening have been 30-60 minutes there are currently 7 donors in front of me waiting to sit in a bed. Staff is friendly but definitely understaffed...

They have no staff on the floor. It also took forever to get hooked up to the apheresis machine. This was after waiting a long time in line to get checked... switching back to Butterfield

If you want to get treated with a general lack of respect, this is the place for you. A few bad apples on the staff can make it a miserable experience.
