Seems like they just changed there process of operation, now it takes for ever just to get your vitals checked. They have atleast 1 bay NOT open at all times which 12 seats. A lot of the workers are ALWAYS just standing around not doing nothing, the people who stock you with a needle barelly do that right they either do it fast or barelly feel flf your veigns. I went in today told the woman she had to be careful because the person who stuck my OTHER ARM LAST TIME didnt do it right. I dont have a job i watch my 3 kids every single day i cant even afford to take my kid to school because csl plasma cant even save lives correctly when they have the resources. The enviorment reminds me of a highschool lunch room all play and nothing really getting done. Now i get to wait weeks just to get a little 60$ for the week when there getting thousands per plasma bottle. I would look around at your options before choosing csl as your plasma donation center.

Had to give a 1 today. My arm was hurting and numb after a pressure cuff thats not supposed to be no more than 55 was set for 80. I tried to deal with it and after 4 cycles had to get someone and they fixed it. Maybe someone was having a bad day and was trying to mess me up or just doesnt f###ing care. Either way it shouldnt happen. Update my arm is still bothering me 5 hours later. A##holes.

It was very good this my 13 time being a regular donater and the holidays you get paid extra 25 donates to your 50 that watsupp and you can pay a bill put food on table and pay for gas etc they give u pre paid visa card and every time you donate the money go straight through no wait you can make up to 400 dollars mouth just be faithful with saving a life

The nurses are very friendly to first time donors. They have weekly cash incentive programs. I normally bring home $240 per month. My favorite is Darnisha and Sandy they have the best customer service. Do the surveys and you get extra money.

3/31/12 was the first time I have ever donated and it was not near as bad as I thought it would be the staff was great there was a movie playing so you didnt get board the staff would talk to you it is a great place I will go again

I am a regular donor, and I have had good donor experiences at CSL. Very fast, very kind staff, the only problem I have is sitting in the bay waiting to be stuck or waiting to be taken off the machine. I could also use a job.

60 beds....not even 1/3 being used...8 employees in the back....lines all around the building. Justify that! Even employees (that are forced to donate) are bitching standing in lines that are ignorant.

The people that work here are very nice and answered all of my questions. My husband donates here 2 times a week and has never had a problem with anyone that has stuck him. The building is very clean.

A friendly atmosphere. The girls in Bay 1 are are professional, and make donations easy! All though most staff seems very friendly too!

Staff genuinely cares about you, equipment sometimes a little slow but it still a good place to go to donate plasma..
