All they care about is up selling you on anything they can. Sold out of things on the shelves. Service is slow. And she forgot to put my baloons in the bag that I had already paid for and when I called back, they acted as if they had no idea what I was talking about or where they were. For expensive as everything is in this store, I can spend my money else where.

Its very old store that is poorly stocked and looks dirty, but staff was friendly. I felt sorry for the place. The only reason I walked in the place because its the only costume store in 30 miles.
