If I could rate this place as a zero I would. These people are incredibly rude. My first phone call ever to the lady told me she was going to get the doctor scheduling chart it will just take a moment. 19 mins later another person answered the phone asking how may I help you. When I told her what I was waiting on she said I had a attitude and hung up on me. That was a 25min waste of my life. I had to call back and told her what happened and she said "well that was the other girl I will do what is supposed to be done..." so I was on hold again. when she came back I asked her what the requirement were to donate and she told me "IDK you have to see the doctor" How do you not know the requirements!??? They need to fire all the losers that work there and hire some professional and educated people for that practice. I will probably not be making my appointment and I would never recommend this place to anybody ever. The phone call was bad enough for me to just know to stay away.

On 6/14/2016 I went to donate plasma and it was an unforgettable experience. The staff there that day was very nice, friendly and patience.Erika was very nice and professional. Daniel was very nice, professional and he explained everything to me. He understood me and he showed me that he actually care for me. Jordan is a nice young lady. Patricia was very friendly, nice and made me feel at ease when I was nervous. Kat is the type of person that make you feel really comfortable. Bob was one of my favorite person cause he listened to me when I needed to talk to someone about certain things. Merrick was a nice and professional young man. I RATE 3 CAUSE THE WAITING TIME IS BETWEEN 3-7 HOURS, NEW OR OLD PATIENTS. THEY ARE EXTREMELY UNDER STAFF. I SPOKE WITH THE MANAGER and WAS TOLD THAT COOPERATE IS NOT ALLOWING THEM TO HIRING ANYMORE STAFF. WOW, ARE KIDDING ME....

This place is operated by people who feel they can use and abuse power by taking their sweet time to perform the simplest of tasks, I think they feel like most people who come here have too so they do and treat people as they please. I am a stay at home mom because child care is too expensive, so when I have time to help my spouse with bills I try to donate as much as possible but most of my visits cost me more time than the money I make. It is very sad I can not depend on them to be professional enough to do their jobs in a timely fashion and I am only a small person to their huge operation so i k ow I will be over looked and most likely just turned away.

Most of the staff is rude, as a return donor i have waited over 5 hours because staff just screws around rhe whole time, on a good day you would be lucky if you spent less than 3 hours there. Last time i went the whole place smelled of dead fish, most likly the smell of the plasma, all in all biotest is hand down the worst plasma center ive ever been too. So unprofessional for a plasma center

The pos: extra cash, great new building, the staff seems to have good relationships with the people that frequent the place. Con: such a huge waist of your time, as others have said there is no such to get you in and out, they have appointment yet in many occurrences I have waited over 45 min past my appointment before giving up and going about the rest of the day.

All the staff here are great. They have a lot of patience and are efficient with everyone. The facility is clean. I appreciate that they screen and hold everyone to a standard of health to keep everyone safe.
