Most of the staff are friendly and hard workers, the issue with this place is they are so under staffed and everyone moves so slow and way overworked due to the lack of employees. Not everyone that comes to this type of establishment is a loser with no job some of us work and have places to be and are doing a good deed and enjoy the extra cash and what not but god do you guys make it miserable with all the waiting around!

This place is a joke. Do you have to be rude to work there? Because most of the people are. Especially the black girl who wears her hair in brads. She will be very nice to other black people but when a white person walks up she is rude. All one word answers. This girl is a racist. She will reject 3 or 4 white people but have never seen her reject anyone black.

Very disappointing place. Disrespectful staff and a very rude nurse. Take forever to be disconnected from the bay. Even though many people dont donate here the sraff still move so slow and lines get backed up. I prefer CSL plasma center on Tropicana and Pecos. Much more friendlier environment and this facility actually works with urgency and as a team!!

Waiting a ridiculous amount of time, over 3 hours while employees seen milling around talking about personal business & laughing, no offer of anything to drink etc. Also no one seems to know what there doing, very unorganized & given different information by different employees. They need someone here and in charge!!!!!

I know everyone there by name, and most of them know me by name. I love most of the crew except for Brittany. Girl needs to learn better customer service, and enunciation. I never understand a word she says because she seems lazy in and out. Other than that, this place is golden!

Good staff, and ironically it was them who ended up helping me. I used to donate just to donate , but got layed off of a job I had for 3 years and was in a rut when going there helped alot. These are good people and a great Establishment.

Good clean location. Not a bad way to make some extra cash while helping others out. I just wish they would screen people on their sanitary condition as well. I have left a few times because the donors around me smelt that bad

I love how organized and clean the facility is. The employees are for the most part pleasant and courteous, and everything moves at a very consistent rate. My 7th donation and every visit has been a pleasure.

Was brusied by one of the workers when specifically told not to stick. And told the supervisor which did nit help cause was nonchalant about my issue and tried to act like its ok. Horrible

Great way to make a little extra cash; couple of hundred bucks a month and all while saving lives. The building is immaculate. The staff are very knowledgeable, professional and friendly.
