I went to CSL for a few years and was very patient, in n out and it ran smooth. I had gotten along with every single staff member. I made ONE phone call to check my status(since i had taken a few months off). The woman who i spoke to was Michelle and i had not been treated so poorly by a CSL as I had at that moment. Her tone of voice and attitude was ridiculously unprofessional. At one point she asked for me to speak up because she couldnt her me so i began speaking louder and her reply was "sir if youre going to yell I am going to have to disconnect this call", and she hung up. Lady you asked me to speak louder and when I do you hang up?? So then I go down there and find out she suspended my status and when addressing the issue i was made to feel like I was some kind of criminal. Mind you before this incident I have had the facility manager at the time(a shorter friendly bald guy :)) take me to the back office with another manager and ask my opinion of my experience there. I will not go back. I understand what its like to be stuck for money but just because people are hurtin financially doesnt give CSL the right to treat you like youre garbage.

Took Them Forever to restock my needle I’m asking over and over I get a give me a minute. 15 minuets go buy I ask somebody else the person who said give me a minute said I TOLD HIM GIVE ME A MINUTE.. Mind u 5 employees walked by and I asked continuously....Finally when I screamed if your not going to adjust my needle disconnect me from this machine, they fixed my needle. Very bad customer service my dude... I WOULD NOT EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Everybody is JUST DISRESPECTFUL! How DID YOU GET HIRED ?

If i could give a zero i would what the hell is up with this address stuff. You shouldnt need it at all. Thats basically telling the homeless not that we cant help you we wont and that the homeless are dirt who dont deserve to help people in need. Its an insult to any and everyone saying most people have that when infact theres more and more people on the street. I know this wont convince you not to go but be warned this place will treat you like your nothing.

Inside there are posters hanging up promising to be efficent and quick in service however nothing is further from the truth. The majority of the staff is extremely friendly when you get to the back however the front staff does not share the same feelings of the back. What this place needs to remember us that without the people who are there to donate they would have not a functioning business.

There number is just a voice machine with no way to actually talk to a person. You walk in as a first time donor and cannot set up an appointment and they ask you to come in at 6am to 8 am. Why is the information not on website. Waste of time and gas.

Terrible customer service. First time i came here and last. 6a to noon. Machine was acting up and they obviously could not handle the amount. I went to the summerlin location and shocker..its wondetful there. 1 hour and was able to finish.

This place offers good bonuses for donating but when it comes to the final bonu which is a good one they have some excuse that your deferred do to some coincidental mistake on their end and you get screwed out of it

Place was good no problems at all with the staff, and the guy who stuck me was pretty gentle, but my bike got stolen from here, kinda f,s up the experience especially when it was 120 dollar bike
