Staff here are welcoming and nice. Takes a while but you should know this since the place is always full. Good way to make a few extra bucks. I go every week and will continue to do so. Did not give a fifth star not because of the staff but of some of the people that go. Some speak to loud like they in a park. Staff needs to control that in a better manner.

In here today....was given a VIP card about 2 weeks ago ...gave it to the young lady at the door...now its suppose to move me to the front of the line...been sitting for 30 min ....really!!!! Disappointed. Cause when back up to see what was going on my VIP card was in the trash

Take nearly 5 hours to get out of that place when your not even a new donor..They need a better system the new machines they have is suppose to help it seem like since they take longer.
