Ive been going here for 2 years now. I dealt with the blown veins theyve left me with and the anticoagulant making me bleed for hours when their machine messes up and pumps the whole bag in my arm. But i cant deal with their being unprofessional anymore. I had to have a physical each year one year from the last physical, which i keep track of. They didnt tell me when my physical was due and i was told i couldnt come back until the first of the next month because they wouldnt look at my damn chart to see they were a month esrly for it. They are supposed to pay you for your loss of time if the mess up was their fault. Instead, one girl told me they would pay me for that day and then the med specialist said there was nothing they were going to do for me because they wanted to go home. This biomat isnt worth even a second of time. Especially not when biolife is faster, cleaner, and more professional. Even the drive there and the time spent donating is much less time than you would spend at grifols biomat to just sit and wait for someone to screen you. I will NOT be going back to grifols nor will i be sending any of my friends or family there. This place is a NEGATIVE 5 STAR PLACE!

They say one thing and when u call them out on it they all point the finger at somone els they try and make you think that the 20$ there giving you for something that there selling for hundreds they dont care about saving anybodies life. They wasted tons of cash on kiosks to speed things up. Still waiting for those faster processing times. They under staff at busy times and over staff the slow.

Very nice staff. They do a great job. But very under staffed, so the waits are making it dangerously close to the not worth it scenario.
