I was in today and their selection was clean great... lots of brand names. A little pricey for used still... my negative review is due to listening to the boss speak down towards the emloyees. His tone was condescending. He raised his voice several times in the 30 minutes I was there. Not a place I want to come back.

Of all the goodwills of Santa Clara valley, this one has the friendliest staff. What it lacks in merchandise, it more than makes up with respectful employees. Not the typical "surly attitude" at most of the local goodwill stores.
