Terribly run. The manager is VERY DISRESPECTFUL HE CARES NOTHING ABOUT OTHER PEOPLE. HE COULDN’T CARE LESS ABOUT HIS CUSTOMERS I wanna know who gave him the title manager? The police officer at the door as well was just as DISRESPECTFUL. These people DO NOT know the meanings of kindness respect and friendly. Wasn’t even talking to the police officer and he had the nerve to speak to me especially in such a RUDE MANNER. If there was a DMV closer then trust and believe I would not give these TERRIBLY RUDE people my money.

This place is the worst, I walked in and got the feeling that everyone was pissed they had to serve me. Jessie white can suck a bag of d1cks if this is how he runs the rest of them. Besides that and the feces stained carpets, you need to bring your entire life story with you for them to do anything, even a renewal. Going to this place is like getting plowed in the butt and not even a chance of a reach around... use rather go to Chicago ( out of my way) next time.

This is the place where I got my DL 2yrs ago. I went to this location because at that time I was in the area so it was the closest one. The staff was great and I had no problem with the driving instructor nor the security guard. Today 08/21/17 I went there again to get my M license. Again everyone was courteous/helpful and I was in and out. If I could give this place a 10 star rating I would. Thank you all!! Keep up the good work. Sincerely, A satisfied customer

I just went in to take the writing test for my license I wish I could get the names of the employees that made me comfortable and were super nice all the other DMV I been to are mean and have a attitude but this location seems friendly as if they like their job unlike the other ones need to take notes from these guys I will be coming back soon

Crappiest staff. I had to wait 3 hours in that filthy building to get a license, just because the road tester decided he didnt want to come to work that day. I would give 0 stars if thats allowed....

Was nice and they helped me with whatever I needed. even though they were really busy and so many people there, I only had to wait an hour or so to take my liscense and all the paper work :)

I have a family of four drivers and lived nearby for 18 years. I have been here a lot. The service has been pretty decent. No bad experiences! Come early, and have the right documentation.
