If I could give zero stars, I would. My husband took a 1/2 day off from work and was told that the car we were donating would be picked up between 8 am and noon and that he would receive a phone call one hour before pickup. At 11:15, he had not heard from anyone so he called and was told he was on the list to have the car picked up. He waited but went to work after 12 noon. We never heard from anyone the rest of the day and our vehicle was never picked up. Unacceptable service.
