The Foundry Thrift Store in Bessemer is the best thrift store I have ever visited! The service is comparable to a mainline retail store... the selection is always fresh and new and the store itself is the cleanest thrift store I have ever visited. Be sure to check it out.

Home goods messy,incredibly disorganized. Appliances highly priced, better off buying new, All of the pots and pans would be better off sold for scrap. Dressers are in severe disrepair. Clothes holey. Just throw them out. Most bric-a-brac chipped,broken...unpriced.

I had my first experience shopping at The Foundry today and really enjoyed it. The prices were much more affordable than other thrift stores in the area. The store was clean and organized which is impressive to me. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

The store is huge and the prices are truly thrift store prices. I buy all my books at this store and have found some unusual and beautiful linens and hand-made afghans. The staff is courteous and the atmosphere is positive and upbeat.

Good overall thrift store. Lots of clothes and decorative items (pictures, etc.) For the home. Fair amount of cookware and some electronics. Furniture selection seemed a little sparse Great, friendly help. Greeters at the doors.
