Just bought a 2012 Chevy Cruze from Rachel Hannam. We also delt with Debbie Bartleson for financing. Both Debbie and Rachel were very friendly, accomodating, and made sure we understood everything. We had the Cruze all set up by Lichtsinns service personal for towing behind our motorhome, inwhich we bought new two years ago from Nicole. Lichtsinn personal are all friendly and took time to make sure our needs were satisfied. We are from the Quad City area and were treaded as though we were home town customers. We would not have any problem making the 4 hour trip for continuous busness. We have had the car for less than week and both Debbie and Rachel have called making sure everything is going OK. To this day Nicole sends us e-mails on various information and making sure alls well with motorhome. If anyone out there wants to buy a motorhome or GM vehicle you better check with Lichtsinns first.

On Saturday March 10th, 2012 I was in Forest City, Iowa for a speech contest. As I was leaving the contest I stopped at Pamida for some things. Upon leaving my truck battery died and I was unable to leave. I found nothing in town was open but the owner was having some guys together at the shop for a little end of week fun. I explained my situation and not only did the owner himself and a tech put in my new battery, they only charged me cost for it. Then they insisted I drive off and they would just call me and settle the bill on Monday. Of course, all that was after they offered to feed me and play some indoor golf with them. Would I go back and recommend them to others. Duhhh!!!!

Ben Larson greeted me and very patiently reviewed my needs for a new vehichle. Ben was thorough in his research as to what type of vehichle I was in need of and provided detailed answers. When we toured the lot for possible choices in my car needs, Ben provided detailed explanation of the types of GMC cars on the lot. I did choose a car that I felt suited my needs, Ben arranged for me to drive the car and provided answers to driving questions as well as tips for touring. We just purchased our 2012 Reyo from Lichtsinn and had a great time getting to know the friendly people of Forest City. Kelsey, our sales consultant, was knowledgeable, helpful, professional and fun! We also enjoyed working with Hannah during the purchase closing and Bill during the educational walk-through. We custom ordered a 2012 Denali from Lichtsinn Motors and were scheduled to pick it up a few weeks ago, but had a death in the family and were unable to pick it up. Ron went out of his way to get our vehicle DELIVERED TO US! This was the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from Lichtsinn Motors and we would not consider buying anywhere else. VERY pleased with everyone at Lichtsinn from Ron, to our salesperson Nicole,to hannah to especially the service manager Tim Olson. Very patient answering questions and making sure that our Itasca was as we wanted, even delaying closing one day to resolve issues.(Which Ron himself got involved in as the "electronics guru") Post sale support was just as good thanks to Tim. We would definitely drive the 1200 miles again to shop at Lichtsinn, ethical , professional, and considerate.

Tim Olson, the Service Director at Lichtsinn helped me add an HWH leveling system to my Itasca Navion at a competitive price. They did a great job of coordinating the installation date with my schedule, and they actually had the factory do the install, so it was fast and professionally done. Based on the treatment I received from their service department, Lichtsinn will be my first call when I decide to upgrade my motorhome.

We ordered over the phone/internet and everything went smoothly and was exactly like Ron said it would be. We received Excellent service, thorough PDI, and got to stay at the dealership for a couple of days while we asked questions, and learned about our new MH. What a great experience!! We brought our 2008 Chevy truck in for an oil change and Danny went through it with a fine tooth comb! The deal offered here was enough better than what I found in Des Moines to justify the two hour bus ride to Mason City. The dealership picked me up at the bus station and gave me a ride to Forest City. Very nice. Katie and Debbie were very helpful over the phone and even more so when I arrived. Very much recommended.
