I like this center much better than the one on Crums Lane. The staff is friendlier , the people that donate here are more down to earth. They are understaffed but so to is any donation center. That sadly does cause long wait times sometimes. I suggest coming various times to learn the best time of day to come and donate. The management staff has always been extremely kind to me. I never have felt like I have been treated poorly at this center. Overall i am extremely happy with this donation center. They do need to invest in hanging televisions for donors entertainment!!

Do not go to csl!!! They have a very Unprofessional, unwelcoming and rude staff! It is a very small facility that is not clean enough to pass medical facility standards. If you are considering donating plasma please review your other options first, there are many other places in louisville to donate that are professional. Csl also pays the lowest compensation of any plasma bank I have seen in louisville.

The process to become a new donor is ridiculously long. I got in at 7:45 am and by the time I was done with everything it was 1:15 pm. They are severely understaffed here. Now the employees that I did interact with were absolutely wonderful! Just make sure you plan for the extensive processes if you are a first time donor.

Long wait times no less than 3 hours. Some of the staff is friendly. The standing in the lines is hard for me due to 4 spine surgeries long time ago. Seats would be helpful. They can improve by having one or two working the front desk and calling out names for the next person to enter into the booths.

Not sure what people the reviews were talking about, but I had no issues giving plasma. The people were nice, answered any questions, and were very thorough. I had given plasma in the past, and the people at this site were much nicer than the other site.

Honestly, donating is not worth the time or money. Customer service is awful, wait time is awful, and every experience I have had there was awful. Avoid this blood plasma donation center and go somewhere else.

Besides the wait, that everyone goes through this place is not that bad. Staff is usually always nice, fun. Always cutting up and still able to do their job effectively, accurately.

They recently changed things here, now they drug screen, and took out all the chairs but one small row no more people sitting surround they will chase you out if your not donating
