Very rude staff. Went my second time today and waited an hour and a half to even get my finger pricked. In my arm check they told me the burn I have on my arm (from work) needs to heal some more before I can give. Like I could have been out trying to make some well needed cash that hour and 30 minutes.

I’ve only been here a couple of times but each time has gone very good. I was very nervous my first time donating but the staff made me feel comfortable. They educated me about plasma and how it helps people in need, how often your body produces it and how it’s manufactured. Good place to donate

Very nice employees sometimes over worked but good people always loose charts you could be here hours cause they work with there friends first they skip people to get there buddys first no sign of true management

Other than having to wait with tweakers and those with restless leg syndrome, this is a good place to donate. The facility is always very clean and the staff is professional, kind, and patient.
