I go to csl all the time. I normally go to the one in St. Paul, but today I thought I would try out the new one in Bloomington. I would not recommend the Bloomington location, there staff is under trained. My entire process was handled horribly and unprofessional. From the screening process up until it was time to donate. I would not recommend the Bloomington location!!! The best one to go to is the St. Paul one. They have been around longer and all of there employees know what they are doing.

The Bloomington CSL Palsma is my Favorite CSL location! The place is new and super nice. The staff here are fantastic! Carol, Nevil, and Leo are my favorite phlebotomists so far. They make the process nearly painless! I recommend them and this location all the time.
