Was very happy with the donation process and happy to hear that they were able to get $2,400 for my vehicle. The car was picked up on schedule and about 2 weeks later I received notification that the car was sold and that my tax deduction was available for printing. The only suggestion I have is that there should be some type of paper work that the driver gives the customer indicating that he has picked up the car.

This service was so easy to use! I filled out the form online and someone from the towing company called me within a few hours. We arranged pickup for the following day. The driver called me the next day when he was on his way and arrived at the scheduled time. It was so easy, I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get rid of an old vehicle.

I was all ready to donate the car when the clutch went out. It was a harrowing experience but they did get a tow truck out. I had to wait a month for the car to sell but I got my 1098 for tax credit so all is good. All the people I spoke with were great. I would recommend them for car donation.

I called and my car was picked up a couple of days later. It was easy peasey. I received the vacation voucher, but there are some strings attached. For example, you have to send in $50.00 in order to use the voucher, and then there are date restrictions, etc.
