I am one to keep my cars until the wheels fall off so when it came time for me to look for a new car (my car was 16 years old) I dreaded the thought of having to deal with it. I found a car that met my criteria on Monday night online and sent an inquiry requesting more info. The next day Ryan Swaney called me and emailed me the information I requested. Since they closed at 6 that night I knew I could not make it up there before then so I told Ryan I would at least drive up to look at the car from the outside. On my way up there around 7 Ryan called me and said he was still there and would wait for me to get there. Once we arrived the car was ready for us to look at and ready for a test drive. After the test drive Ryan gave us additional information I told him I would think about it and get back with him. After I got home and found the price of this car better than any other around I went ahead and filled out an online application to proceed. The next a.m. Ryan called me to say I could pick my car up after I got off work :). When we arrived everything was set ready to go and after signing a few papers (Adam was the big help on this part!) everything was set for me to drive away in my new car. They even called my insurance company and had temporary ID cards faxed over for me. I would highly recommend the Lima Auto Mall to anyone looking for a great experience in purchasing a new or used car!

We found Lima Auto Mall through a listing on Ebay Motors and decided to make the drive from Indianapolis, IN to look at 2 Chrysler vans. I had spoken with Rick Jones via email and phone before we came over and he assured me we could get everything handled in one visit since we live out of town. Rick had the van ready for us to look at and drive when we arrived in the morning. The van was missing some floor mats, headphones, remote, and user manual. Rick located everything but the user manual, and said he would source and ship that to our home address. Rick and Aaron (Financing) were both patient with our 2 young children during the whole process. While everyone would always love to pay less, I feel that we got a fair, straightforward price with great customer service. I would definitely use Lima Auto Mall, and especially Rick Jones, again!

Today their courtesy shuttle driver hit my vehicle while in a parking lot. He did not look before backing out of his parking place. The reason why the company is receiving a bad review is because the gentleman who i just spoke with was very rude telling me i should let the insurance companies deal with it, which was my plan but I had to call because their driver gave me his personal insurance information instead of the company insurance for the company vehicle he was driving, my insurance company asked if i could contact the company for the proper information. There was absolutely no apology from the company on behalf of their driver on top of his being rude to me. That is not professional.

When I am with my husband, the two of us are permitted to take the car that we are interested in on a test drive alone. Both times in the past five years that I wanted to take a car for a test drive without my husband, the salesman went with me the whole time explaining how the car operates (as if I were a new driver). I do not like being treated like as if I am insignificant and will not shop at Lima Auto Mall again. We have purchased most of our cars from Lima Auto Mall for my husband, both of our kids and myself so this was a difficult decision. If I can offer any advice to Lima Auto Mall, train your employees to treat your female drivers like you would your male drivers.

I worked with Del-Rico. I had a specific car and specific price in mind. Del-Rico intially told me to come in since they were running some end of month deals, but after he found out I was 2 hours away he did some due dillegence and let me know that they could not meet my price point. Instead of trying to get me in and either trying to sell me on a higher price or chosing another vehicle (which would not have happened), he saved me 4 hours of driving. This is a company I will definitely keep in mind in the future thanks to their honesty and customer service.

My experience purchasing a vehicle from Lima Automall was excellent. Matt Kondik (Internet Manager) was able to locate the exact vehicle I desired, and it arrived to the store within 3 days as guaranteed. Aaron Brougher efficiently wrapped up the finances, and in no time I had my vehicle and title. These gentlemen provided an experience that was personal and timely. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Lima Chevy. Rob Crist has worked with me both times, and he has been excellent. His customer service is unmatched. I was in and out in less than 2 hours on my day of purchase. He even helped me with scheduling an install for a remote car starter and set up my On Star for me. Rob and the rest of the team at Lima Chevy are a class act. I would recommend 10/10 times!

Best Car buying Experience Ive ever had!!! This guys really make you feel like family. The sales staff dont treat you like a dollar sign. Competitive pricing! I live in Michigan & drove to Ohio to make a purchase & will do it again for my next vehicle. Customer Service is everything!!! If more dealers figured that out they might fair better.
