The employees were very friendly and did their best to accommodate. And what I have experienced with several Enterprise companies in different cities, happened here. I arrived an hour ahead of my scheduled arrival and they had no available cars to give me. So I end up waiting. When traveling it is difficult to be exact about an arrival time. To wait 1-2 hours for a car is very frustrating.

I worked with Andrew Oltman the branch manager when I rented my car. He was very friendly and he took the time to explain all the options of the car. That night he even called to see how I liked the car and told me to call him if I have any other questions. This was some of the best service I have had from a rental car company.

I reserved a mid-size car 2 weeks in advance but there was only a compact car available after a 20 minute wait for another customer to be processed for a rental. Although the Enterprise person was very polite, The Roseburg, OR location is the "only game in town" for a major auto rental company.
