I have many dealerships by my house, but I rather take the trip from florida to Deal with the dealmaker RAMON Roedán ... this is one of the best salesperson and experience I ever had! Had visited quantities of dealerships in my area and after reading many review online, I take the chance to travel from Florida to Dickson City Hyundai and handle me with not the best, if not the most excellent sales representative, the dealmaker RAMON Roedán with whom he has tried! is for you exactly what you need, cost, quality, etc, unhurried making you feel at home ... is the most pleasant, full, excellent experience you have had, exceeding my expectations

The gentlemen at Dickson City Hyundai were nearly criminalistic in their approach to sell a vehicle to my fiance. They "allowed him to test drive a brand new vehicle" so that he could drive them to our home so he could pick up the important documents needed to "win a prize". Utterly Dispicable! They proceeded to take his car keys and hold on to them for 4 HOURS while they wrote him an offer on a new vehicle that he did not want. When he refused, they asked him to sit and stay longer as they brought one more person after the other to antagonize him into purchasing a vehicle. I am so outraged by this behavior. Now he has wasted 5 hours of his time, walked into a trap, given important information to strangers, and feels entirely violated. I suggest ALL people to avoid this place if they do not want to be GREATLY taken advantage of, and if there is anyone out there who knows how to report such a disgraceful act, please report this company!

My advice would be to go anywhere but here to buy a vehicle. It took several hours to process the sale and it was all messed up in the end. My son, an active member of our USAF purchased a vehicle on April 27, the check cleared quickly but, they never copied his military ID which is necessary to process when he is stationed and insured in one state and is licensed in another. So, he had to drive 400+ miles for them to copy his ID. As of now, his temp tags, which were dated 2012 instead of 2013 have expired and DC Hyundai just sent the papers to DMV today. Then this Jackson fellow, who claimed to be in charge of this location, blames me for the lack of info. All of this after I left numerous messages with actual people and never received any response. The back office is inept and Jackson has apparently been promoted to a level of incompetency! Stay away from Dickson City Hyundai !!!!!!!!!

I just had my second purchase with Dickson City Hyundai and salesman Carm Perri. Despite living out of the area now, I will keep coming back to this dealership (and requesting Carm). Both times Carm has listened to both my needs and my financial situation and has come up with a car that suits both of those perfectly. He is friendly and professional and knows how important finding the right car has been for me and my family. He never makes me feel like I am asking too many questions or rushes me into a purchase. In addition, everyone I interacted with at the dealership was also incredibly friendly - you go in feeling like a friend, not just another customer. Sal was my sales rep from the sec I called till the end our deal. He made sure we got into the car we wanted! Sal made us feel like we where the only people in the show room. (we where not vary busy there) Sal is the BEST! Allan was our loan rep, he got us the numbers we wanted at monthly payment we wanted to stay in. There was no, will you have the car if you can do this or that. It was a vary up front deal with no stings. We wanted an upgrade to our car that they give us a loaner car for until our car is ready. They had the upgrade worked into the loan so no more money down was needed by us. These guys just make buying a car fun and enjoyable! I will only get my cars from Dickson City Hyundai!

Everything you imagined a stereotypical sleezy, schlocky car dealer to be. And less. From the balloons tied to the cars, strings with little flags, hoods up along the highway with letterboards jammed in them, mailed promotions with little keys and codes where winning the prizes of any value are million to one odds. Garish words scrawled on windshields in bright colors, and aggressive sales pitches abound. Unpleasant, but if you maintain a sense of humor you can laugh at the place. Just remember to take a long hot shower after you visit.

By far the absolute WORST buying experience we have EVER had!!! They definitely over promise and under deliver......we werent happy with the price of our vehicle and manager told us to go ahead and shop around and if we found something better they would refund our $3k deposit......they didnt!!! We found a WAAAAAY better deal but because they wouldnt refund our money we were forced to buy from them! HATED every single second that we had to deal with them! Definitely do yourself the favor and go to another dealer!!

It was a simple and relieving process and he was pleasant and very kind and understanding of our situation. Jonathan Johnson in Sales and everyone there is very personable and helpful..I went there with no intention of driving away that very day BUT Jonathan met my financial needs with a payment I could afford and a lease on a Hyundai Tucson and an offer I could not refuse :-) Let me add that he knew every detail about the Tucson..I learned more from him than the six dealerships I visited prior to them...He knows his inventory!

definately low rent business practice. I bought a used 2007 Azera, found out later they took me for a ride on the price. Had two different types of tires and found out the back were bad as soon as I rotated them. Love the car, but would not make the trip to see them again. Final note - the building and show room were both dirty.
