On my first donation i was about to pass out so i asked for some help and the lady said "one second" so she could finish her conversation with her friend. I would have gotten that place shut down for negligence had it not been for a guy coming forward and making sure i had everything i needed and checking up on me periodically. The next three donations went well. Point is, some staff are awful and couldnt care less about you while youre having blood taken out and frankly deserve to be fired. But most are very kind, attentive, and hospitable. Generally the good staff make up for the bad ones

The staff are very rude. The people that insert the needle are hit and miss sometimes it feels like someone is butchering you other times you dont feel it. If its your first time it will be about 4-5 hours if you are a regular I would say maybe 2-3 hours. A member of the staff were talking about smoking weed. I would rather sell my clothes at Platos closet then waiste my time. The money they give you takes between 45 minutes to almost 3 hours to get on the card. Dont ask to talk to a manager most of them are just plain ratchet is the best way to describe it.

My first and last time EVER! ALL staff are unprofessional laughing, gossiping, and being very rude. They talk so loud what are the privacy rules again?? Omg they make me want to NEVER donate anything else in life. One guy has a hole in his scrubs near his penis and staff all laughing about it. Are you kidding me? Somebody needs to secretly spy on this unhealthy environment

Good experience. I have gone twice so far. First did take three hours because of the initial check in to make sure your healthy enough. Second time I went, it took about 1 1/2 hours. I was feeling a bit ill while donating and they came to my side quickly when I raised my arm. Took care of the situation quickly. Money was received before I even left the building.

My favorite place to go twice a week. The staff is friendly and keeps me laughing. The fact that my donation is helping people is a big plus..also since the system upgraded the process goes smoother and faster... Loving my bonuses too....

They are rude , inconsiderate , unorganized . I actually wonder if half of them are even qualified. They never hit the vein and I leave with my arm bruised and swollen

Finding My Way

Its ok. It is dirty, it isnt any tissue in the bathrooms, and no soap to wash your hands. But, my money is placed on my card not too long after I donate.

Waited 3 hours to be told to come the next day. EDIT: went the next day, was told the wait should only be an hour. Ended up being there for four hours.
