Rip off supposedly diagnose my car needed one thing paid over $600 for it they had my car for a month same day i got it it cut off. Took it back so now it need another thing if u put it on a machine it didnt tell u this in the first place I paid for it took them a week when they say a day so now i gotta find a way from ur shop and to work for a week plus pay them for a one day job only for me to call and u and u tell me i need something else that cost $350.. Bullshit im not ur atm or experimental car. I was patient and understanding but now u trying to take my kindness for weakness and play me for a fool. U are a RipOff never will return or refer this company to anyone.

They changed the timing belt on my car and missed "a tooth" as Mike explained it to me. They claimed they fixed it but now my engine is knocking. When i asked them why it was so loud i got the run around. I took it to 2 other mechanics that informed me that when you improperly change a timing belt and the car is driven it ruins the engine by bending the push rods. I brought this to their attention and they agreed to repair the work for 1500. How did they think i was going pay for something that they broke. Avoid this place and everyone else who has had problems please report them to the state of Michigan.

Scammers... I took my car in for an oyxgen senser And they claim they think its my engine, Charged $250 to tear the engine down. The tell me I need an engine $2700 , I put half down, And yes three months passed(I was trying to get the rest) They call me up and tell me the police was trying to tow my car(my point where do you have my car stored). So I went to get my car and pick up my deposit, He want to argue with me, and tell me I have to wait on their corporate office(like yall really have a corporate office. Do not mess with this company.

0 hes a scammer dont take your car to him he will get you approved and then you get 2 loans for 1 part hes charging 3000.00 for a trans joke tried running my credit i asked about tires never gave him permission 3 weeks later i get an email from a finance company i got denied never applied please i wish we would have looked first on here now we no never ever go here hes a scammer were not paying nothing till they get it strait gl if you go there not worth it theres some that put a 5 star review must be his self or a friend sure not a customer

..... i Lost My Cousin in A Car Accident Due to a supposed fix on a Strut assembly that never was done. im at a end eith words i feel so used. im sueing auto city through the BBB and The State Prosecutor. i have all of my invoices plus inspection checks from 2 Dealerships that prove that the parts were never changed. that man mike cares for no one but him self. he told me, that its not his family so why should he care. that was enough for me and the state prosecutor.i will update on case.

Took car there for warranty repairs keeps car there for months, When I get it back its more damaged than it was before I took it there . also used car as shop car and personal use put over 3000 miles on my car and I can leave it there with a full tank of gas when I get back its bone dry , claims to make repairs they never made. STAY AWAY THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS AND NEED TO BE PROSECUTED !

They will get over on you FAST. Went in to see if they could put my headlight back in they said it will be $140 because they had to take the bumper and grill off & it will take 1hr & a half to do. Looked on YouTube turns out all you had to do was take my front clip off unscrew 3 bolts, screw the bulb in and job done in 15 minutes

HORRIBLE!! DO NOT GO HERE...THEY WILL MAKE YOU CATCH A CASE. TOOK MY CAR THERE FOR BRAKES AND ROTORS,WHEN I LEFT IT SOUNDED LIKE A 18 WHEELER. I had a great experience with Auto City, service advisor Chris was knowledgeable, upfront with prices and will work with all types of payment options (but the financing is the best). The mechanics worked in a timely manner and I was updated on the status of my vehicle daily. Thank you Auto City!

Please people DO NOT take your car to this place, Mike is a very dishonest person, he has no integrity and is not a honest person. He is so desperate for money he will tell you anything to get your money,and he really takes advantage of women. I called the Better Business Bureau.

Its not very often you find a repair shop that you can trust but Auto City is the place. Honest, quick repair even with ordering some parts for me AND reasonable . I would recommend them to anyone
