Unknowledgeable and not the most friendly with my first interaction. The guy at the counter told me I had to pay tax to register my Oregon vehicle in Washington. I bought the vehicle in 2005 (12 years ago) - very odd as I know this is inaccurate. Being new into a job is fine but misinforming a customer instead of asking can be problematic. The lady who helped me when I returned was nice but seemed annoyed (almost as if I was inconveniencing her). Positive is the no wait time (Tues, noonish).

The worst customer service ever! Nasty and clearly bias attitude from one of the 2 women at the counter. It is a shame that she has a job dealing with the public. But wait, it was only me she had a "problem" with. She was "professional" with other customers. May the New Year bring her an open mind.

Two employees working on a Saturday made it easy for me to be in and out quickly getting a new title and tags. I think they are a third party vendor for the state office, but the cost, plates, tags, service are all the same - except closer and quicker.

Horrible! The woman that owns this establishment is very rude! I wish I could rate it negative stars. I will be driving 15 minutes further than I need to for all of my licensing needs!!! Even though this place is literally a block away.

I live by the DMV on 136th. I go out of my way to have this office help me. It is ALWAYS much faster, and I get polite, friendy, and intelligent help EVERY TIME. Great people.
