I would say Unique is an overall good place to shop for second-hand goods. They have a very large selection of items, including clothing, household, furniture, toys, electronics, and more. The items do tend to be over-priced, but they have 50% off days that make shopping there feel like one huge garage sale. Some personal notes: 1. The Unique membership card gets you 25% off everything in the store on Fridays. Memberships can be opened on any day except Friday. 2. If there is no price on the item, you may not purchase it that day. They will not price it for you. 3. Disappointing, but true: They advertised 75% off on all Halloween merchandise. I arrived right when the store opened to take advantage of the sale, only to see them frantically boxing up all of the Halloween merchandise.

I used to love going to Unique but man have their prices gotten way out of line. Why would anyone pay $24.95 for a pair of used shoes? They seem to be raising their prices higher every time I go in to check it out. I now avoid them like the plague. pricing is not consistent. I was looking at some plates one was marked for 60 cents and the other was $2.00 for the same plate. I have found tops with the store tag still attached. The store price was $14.99 and Unique had it marked at $19.99. Price gouging at its best! I would not recommend stopping and shopping at the Burnsville store they are off their nut in their prices.

Cry Beloved Unique! Used to be over the top awesome! Then Savers bought it. Prices went through the roof. HOWEVER the selection is still amazing! And if you have kids, this is the BEST place to find replacement (or additional) parts for games and toys and older toys that you might remember from YOUR childhood. Get on their email list to hear about their sales.

The prices were wildly varied. The linen is super expensive with each piece about $6. For a full twin set it is more than $15. Brand new twin sets are frequently on sale for around $12 at department stores. The furniture is also very varied in prices, but it was fairly low compared to other places in town. The clothing prices were fair.

Burnsville Unique is huge. Some good deals but some things over priced for thrift. I HATE the way they hang pants and jeans up... Difficult to browse styles with them hung on an axis but otherwise I can find some cute clothes. ( Like shirts, dresses, jackets)

As far as "thrift" prices so, I would say a lot of the clothes are overpriced. $9.95-$12.95 for a shirt seems a bit high.......I would rather go to Goodwill or Savers---if I wanted to spend $13 on a shirt I will go to Wal Mart----for a NEW one!

Every time you go, there are new treasures to be found. 40% of on Tuesdays for seniors. Some of the items would be presented better if cleaned up a bit before being put out, but if you look past some of the dirt, there can be great finds.

alot of cheap stuff in decent condition. I started coming here to get clothes. I would recomend this place to anyone that destroys theirs clothes at work. they keep it fairly clean and organized for a thrift shop.

Prices on old, dirty and used items are often the same if not more than if you bought it new from a retail store. I don't see unique as a thrift store but more of a used item store with outlandish prices.

This store is NOT friendly to minorities or people with disabilities every time I go in there they have an attitude + there prices are to high considering they get all there stuff for free.

I never know what quaint treasures i will find here. Go once a week to discover new stuff. Some items are a steal and some are waaay over priced. Depends on who is weilding the price gun!

VERY expensive for a "thrift" store. Often times their prices are higher than what the new, sale price would be. That said, there is occasionally a rare deal.
