I dont know what happened with this company. Was donating about 3.5 years. The time it took to get in and the time it took to get a bed almost tripled. There are so many new people with poor bedside manners, some are just rude. The longtime employees are not happy. I quit donating because it simply takes to long with the new appointment system, no more walkins. 2 hours just to get a bed? It used to be 20 minutes was a long wait. Not worth 65 a week for me to waste 6 hours.

I donated twice at talecris, the first time took 4 hours, and the second time they punctured my vein wall and had to switch to my other arm. the technition seemed nervous and in the process I had to tell him that there were big air bubbles going down the line into my arm! this can kill you! the air bubbles came back out of my arm thank god and I got a giant bruise and could not donate for 2 weeks. I am now terrified and will never donate there again.

my first donation took 3 hours from. walking the door to walking out the door. it was the cleanest and most friendly I have ever met at a donation site. everything is explained well and everyone I met was super friendly. there were donors who in my personal life I would not choose to be around, but staff were good about asking them to watch the language and profanity. .... will be going back again.

One of the worst donating experiences I have ever had, donator beware. The incompetence of this location is on exceeded by the staffs overall lack of empathy,professionalism, and any pretense a respectability. Most individuals are at theercy if the empowers because of the financial incentive, this seems to empower the staff and introduce a concept of entitlement. A terrible place to donate. Q

I WAS NOT PAID. I went in for a first time donation yesterday I made it through all of the checks and donated. It took approximately 4 hours to donate since it was my first donation. Then at the end I was handed my debit card of which had no money at all on it. I am not thrilled about this and I will be contacting my lawyer if this issue is not resolved.

The Manager Tim is a jerk. He always acts stuck up and like he is better than others. He seems to have a chip on his shoulder. Very disfunctional operation.
