Some employees and manager were extremely rude. The prices are marked more expensive than the brand new items at retailers. The manager said corporate sets prices and the will not be lowered. Do you think corporate sets the prices on used donated items in Prescott Valley or do you think the manager is a rude liar? I know what I think and she cost them donations and a customer. I will never go there again.

Easily the best Goodwill I have ever been to. Very clean, very organized. It even smelled good upon walking in! All the Goodwill locations in Phoenix Metro smell bad, so it was refreshing to thrift in a clean smelling store. The furniture looked good, very fairly priced. The quality of the merchandise just seemed so much better on average than any other Goodwill location,

I generally go to the Prescott or this location (Prescott Valley). It is always a good experience but the Prescott Valley location need to work on store ventilation. It smells musty or like old stuff smell. I keep coming back and always like it.

Great staff. High product turn over. Usually does not smell like many do of some sweet disinfectant. Medium size store. Does not play loud annoying music, usually. Half off every other Saturday. Easy access off Highway 69.

The Goodwill was a large store that had a lot of everything. I did find what I wanted plus a few extra things as well. The service I received was excellent and I will most likely show up there again.

Very solid store. Best quality items out of most thrifts in the town but they seem to be aware because the higher quality items run for more money and the kindness of the staff varys

Very crowdwd, but plenty of clerks kept people moving. LOTS of merchandise too! Found what I wanted in about half an hour. Good Stuff, Good people, Good place, Good Will.
