WORST CAR DEALER I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! They were rude they try to take advantage and they provide crappy cars at inflated prices. They had my new car in their garage more than I did. The thing needed a steering column replaced MULTIPLE TIMES in a matter of a month and a half. In 2 months I had to borrow 2 lot cars, 2 rental cars, and eventually they traded me out of the Saturn for a Pathfinder so I PURCHASED 2 CARS. The people were snotty, had no empathy or understanding. I was told I am a YOUNG SINGLE WOMAN and should have purchased a new car. That I am not going to find a car without issues for $10,000. I said I expect the thing to start when I have had it for 3 days. Apparently I ask too much. When you say you are going to fix something then I expect it to be fixed. I am trying to figure out how they stay in business. SO UPSET I can’t put it into words. They treat you like an idiot when you tell them something is wrong. I can tell you something isn’t working properly if something fell off the car, if the lights don’t turn on, if the freaking thing doesn’t start. Don’t alienate your customers and expect business back. It was my mistake to go to a car dealer for a car that works properly and is safe… oops! I am happy to warn everyone STAY AWAY! BEST PART that proves that they sell quality cars... The piece of garbage they sold me that they described as just a bad car that was traded into them is back on their lot FOR SALE! Like I said go somewhere else!

Both my wife and I own used Toyotas. I bought a 1999 Camry for my daughter in 2008. With the exception of the fact that she got into two wrecks and there is some cosmetic damage, this vehicle has had no major repairs. It has checked out time and again as being mechanically sound when taken in to our family mechanic for tune ups, oil changes, etc. This dealership has treated our family with respect any time we have had to bring in our vehicles to their service department. My wife bought a used Toyota Corolla from a used dealer. She got a notice in the mail from Toyota that her vehicle model year possibly has an airbag issue. I immediately made an appointment with Premier and they corrected the problem. Again, they treated us with respect and professionalism. This dealership has very friendly and personable staff from the receptionist, sales, and the service department. I spoke with Sarah today and she was able to answer some fairly technical questions about an engine light issue- and she was able to get me in fairly timely to get a diagnostic test. Mr. Fischer runs a very reputable business that is a credit to our community. Thank you to everyone at Premier.
Being in the business for a car was quite stressful, but Dylan Farmer made every step so easy! He was very straightforward and honest in showing me cars that would be within my budget but still desirable to my needs. He made all of the steps of the trade-in clear and easy. I would highly recommend him for any car shopping needs, whether it is a new or used car or if you are leasing or buying. Dylan is very knowledgeable in ALL of the areas. Before getting my car, Dylan was a pleasure to talk to and make the wait seem a lot less. He was also extremely helpful getting me into the car and answering all of my technical questions before I drove it off the lot. I also worked with Wesley Baynes in finance, and he was wonderful to work with. Because I was leasing my car, I had plenty of forms to fill out, but he explained everything concisely and made the process much smoother. He was also so friendly and personable! HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Dylan and Wesley!!
I was looking for a car that was easy to transport my mother who had had a stroke. I had little time to shop since I was sole care giver for her, she was in a wheelchair at the time. I looked at several car brands and liked the Camry. And had test driven a silver one. Several days after test driving a 2012 Camry, the salesman called and offered to drive a Camry to the house so my mother could see it. I put a deposit on a white one that was identical to the silver one. When I took my mother to Premier to buy it, we were told that it was &1,000 more simply because of the color! I should have waited but we needed a car she could easily get into and that fit her weehlchair and I had little time to shop around. To this day I feel cheated. If I had more time I would have gone out of this area for a better deal. Toyota is a nice car...not necessarily better than Ford or others, but shop around before you shop at Premier.
I am from Virginia and was buying a car for my daughter by internet. The salesman said the car I was getting was in excellent condition, had been thru a 120 point checklist, and that the pictures and description were accurate. The salesman even sent extra pictures. I asked for and was promised a copy of the checklist. My payment was processed on 1/21/13. On 2/1/13 I am sent a checklist for a Honda (I bought an Olds) and was sent a service ticket for an oil change. The ticket noted the car needed tire, rotor, passenger exterior mirror, and an air cleaner. Nothing in pictures nor in conversation disclosed this to me until today. Beware......I have emails for proof if needed. Bill Craft, Blacksburg VAI use moe crapp as an alias to avoid junk but I make an exception for this bunch. Do not buy unless you can see for yourself as their pictures, descriptions, and conversations will just mislead you.
Ryan Mincey gave us professional and preferential treatment from beginning to end of our stay at the dealership. We were initially visiting Toyota to find the trade-in value of our 2008 Tundra Limited and ended up test driving several vehicles, buying a used vehicle for our daughter, discovered the advantages of getting a hybrid for our next vehicle purchase, and STILL walked away with money after trading in the Tundra. The staff was courteous, smiling and saying hello each time we walked passed anyone, Ryan was a “rock star” in helping us through the entire process, and, once we made our decision, the staff got us through the paper trail quickly. I definitely recommend Premier Toyota for anyone thinking of getting a new or used vehicle. The professionalism and friendliness was outstanding.
I live in Charlotte, North Carolina and I saw a vehicle online. It was exactly what I wanted, but I did not know how to go about making the purchase. I called the dealership and Tahl Benit facilitated the entire process and made it very smooth. I decided that it would be best if I would take a plane to Akron airport and drive the vehicle back myself. Tahl offered to pick me up from the airport himself. He was there before my plane arrived. We arrived to the dealership and I was very impressed with the facility. It was very clean and pleasant. The staff was friendly and professional. I sincerely want to thank Tahl and Premier Toyota for being so helpful and accommodating. Vehicle was clean and exactly as described. Follow up was also superb.

We just bought a Rav4 from Premier Toyota and it was the fastest and easiest purchase we have ever made. While we finished up the fast transaction we enjoyed a hot choclate in front of the fireplace in the customer lounge. The facility was state of the art and very clean. The selection was amazing and the people were fun. Everyone knew what was going on,it was so refreshing. I have heard the horror stories about Sunnyside so we were so happy we chose Premier. We will continue to do business and service with Premier in Amherst. They also do alot in terms of helping in the community.
My experience was great! I was really nervous coming in as a first time buyer at a dealership, but Tahl made me feel very comfortable and understood the concerns I had. He help me with any concerns that I had and answers all the questions I had honestly. Tahl made sure that my family and I were comfortable; always asked if we needed anything. He answered all the questions I had about the vehicle to the best of his knowledge. He was well prepared upon my arrival. Tahl is a great sales associate and I will definitely recommmed him to any one that wants to purchase a vehicle.
We purchased a certified used Toyota Tacoma from Premier Toyota with Dan Smith as our salesperson. I cannot say enough good things about Dan and our experience at Premier Toyota. Dan was available immediate upon our arrival at our scheduled appointment time. The truck we were viewing and ultimately drove home was a beatiful, excellantly equipped, certified used Toyota and were purchased it well below retail price. Dan knowledgeable, professional and personable, making our experience fun and comfortable even through the negotiation and financing process. Highly recommended.

Great experience from start to finish! Tim McGinty responded to my inquiry via the Live Chat on the Internet. After a few Q&A, Tim forwarded my proposal to Shawn the Sales Manager and we made the deal. The Premier Team secured financing for us and made us feel like family before we ever shook hands. Dave the Finance Manager was a real professional when we drove in to take delivery. Thank you ALL for making my 19 year old sons first car purchase a moment that he will always remember as a PLEASANT experience. Tim you are the BEST!
I do not feel I was pushed in any way shape or form. Al my questions were answered and I was even allowed to take the truck home to show my wife(because I will not buy anything of that value without her looking it over). The truck sales person was Daniel Smith, he worked with us to get us the best deal and also to keep his company happy. I will go back to Premier Toyota and also will look up Daniel in three years to renew a lease. Daniel is very knowledgeable about the vehicles that he is selling. It was a good learning experience!
Went to Premier to for the second time to purchase a new vehicle & after this experience & last, will keep going back. No business is perfect, but they work hard (our sales person Emily sure did anyway) to find you what you need without pushing you into something to get the sale. We were really torn between two different brands, but in the end it came down to: Premiers awesome service & Toyota’s great re-sale value, warranty, & service plan. Ask for Emily, she is great! BTW: My new Prius is av 53 MPG!
I wan to let you all know that I appreciate how wonderful the service and treatment is at Premier. When my car pooped out in Marblehead Ohio I knew it was worth it to have my car towed all the way to your dealership because I trusted your service and customer service. It cost me much more to bypass a closer Toyota dealership to come to you all. Your team should be commended as every is so nice and helpful and it seems they really care about the customer,

In a word, low class. Service is instructed to squeeze every last dime out of customers. Not only do they ripoff customers but also their employees. The techs are not paid for a wide range of work they do. However the customer is still billed for their labor. Employees are asked to have their friends and family write positive reviews to help offset all the legitimate negative reviews true customers were posting. Unethical from the top down.
I recently purchased 1 2017 Camry from Premier Toyota and I must say the experience was actually pleasant. There was no high pressure to purchase additional items or services and even haggling over price took very little time and was respectful. My salesman Marcus was courteous, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. He also took the time to answer any and all questions in detail. In short I give Marcus and Premier Toyota five stars.
Very happy with the car I purchased from Premier. It was an older car with very few miles on it. I have owned it for about a week now; it runs great. Working with Antwaun Murray was easy. He did everything that was needed to get the deal done. If I purchase another vehicle, or have others looking for a car, I would recommend going to him. He will take good care of you. So far, Premier Toyota, I am impressed.

I am from the East side of Cleveland and find it hard to believe that I had to travel 1 hour west to get the respect and integrity a consumer deserves. Premier Toyota in Amherst is the place. Hassle-free, honest and straight forward business practices. The sales process is clear and easy to understand. I got my Camry for a great price! Only wish they had a service department on the east side. T.S.
