I love this center and its staff. Management is involved in all aspects of the center and it is not unusual to see them working alongside their crew. Even though they are very short handed nearly everyday the staff put on a smile and are friendly and helpful. I have watched them training their new people and am so impressed with how they make sure everyone is competent and confident. Even when they are super bust and I have to wait I would rather donate here than anywhere else. Highly recommend octapharma to anyone. If you have trouble getting in keep trying!

Long wait but that was expected. Most of the staff was friendly. The one star is because of the medical staffs who does the physicals. The woman who did mine was completely incompetent and unwilling to do her job. I had to EXPLAIN to her and SPELL simple well known medication. She had to google it... Additionally when she could not comprehend how it could be used outside of what google told her. She refused to contact the on call doctor to confirm the usage and deferred me till I brought a note from my doctor to explain basic medications work.

The staff at octapharma make donations enjoyable. Everytime I come in they are friendly and upbeat. The floor staff runs their feet off and the way the supervisors keep track if everything is mind blowing! I like that the managers come out and help the staff whenever it is needed and they will talk to the donors like they are people and not just numbers. When they see their employees going above and beyond, they try to reward them. Definitely a great place to donate.

Wasted 3 hours there. One staff menber decided i needed a note from my doctor because im on thyroid med. My doc said this was unnessary but ok. Gave me green lite to donate. When i called back, i was scolded and told, "We will call YOU. I already told you that". Very very rude. No sympathy for the unnessary hastle and big waste of my time. Bad experience for first time.

This place is very clean, orderly, friendly, they even have security, and most importantly they make the donation of plasma a stress free task. They even offer a monthly bonus for frequent visitors! This place I have been going to for about 6 months and never had an issue. They do tend to get a little busy, but that is to be expected when you are the best in town.

Out of all the plasma locations hands down this is the best! I love the nurse that does physicals she is just the sweetest all the stickers make you feel like getting stuck by a needle is like being poked by a baby. I loooooove Candace she was the nicest person I ever met and beautiful eyes. Thanks OCTAPHARMA FOR MAKING THIS A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!!

They are very professional, they show empathy and are well trained, the management team is a well oiled machine now, and I can go to them with any reasonable request. I feel safe and the clinic is very clean unlike many of the centers in the city. They try their best to get a person out as efficiently and timely as possible.

I read all the Reviews before going here. The first took me 3.5 hours as a new donor. Very thorough. It was a great everyone was nice and fun going excited about my second visit. Nice and clean and pretty quick but then again it is income tax season. So a lots less ppl right now until that money run out

This place seems to be the most clean and professional of the local plasma centers I have seen. The staff are friendly and courteous, and the management are always like busy bees back and forth making sure things go smoothly. I wish everything in my life were this efficient.

Absolutely horrible! Waited 3hrs to get screened. Finally went up and asked if this was typical. The lady said she would be with me in 30 minutes. 25 minutes later, she went to break. I walked out. Ridiculous!
