Personnel were respectful, but indecisive. I went to Petersburg location as new donor only to be told they do not service the area I am from. (Zip code) After calling and talking to someone that seemed to know what was going on it seemed straight. Only to find out they are clueless. Seems like alot of chiefs and no Indians. To many hands in the pot and no one taking responsibility. But always respectful.

They take forever, they are not very personable, actually pretty rude and more worried about hanking out and talking to co worker than working also what they are paying their customers compaired to what they are selling the plasma for they are actually robbing people
