We had a very unpleasant experience tonight. We went to get a desk and we left very unhappy. We paid for the piece and then when we went back to pick it up there were two people talking smack about my husband. I tried to get a refund and the Assistant Manager was more worried about getting her daughter than trying to help an unsatisfied customer. She was of no help and was the rudest of them all. We will not be back. There were two ladies there that were very helpful and if they ran the store what a different atmosphere it would be. It would be friendly and much more pleasing.

Several of the shirts on the rack were smeared with feces.When this was pointed out to the manager Shelly she replied"what do you expect for a dollar?! If you want something clean go to the mall where rich people shop." I am ashamed of them
