I had a great experience. There was a wait, but I am a first time donor. Everyone was extremely nice and friendly. During my wait they brought me crackers and a Kool Aid Jammer. The phlebotomist was awesome, I barely felt anything. It was clean but very cold (which I understand due to germs).

Horrible experience for last 30 days. Inexperienced phlebotomist who refuse to except responsibility for resticking you. Very long and slow waits. Terribly unprofessional staff and management who turn a blind eye and fail to hold their staff accountable.

Would not alow me to donate cause I have tattoos on my right leg. It is slightly religious against religioun. I say this place is discriminating against it. Cause it has a demon fighting a god over a demon/angel half breed. This place can kick rocks.

I spent a hour waiting to be processed just for them to tell me my viens are too small. My sis is a nurse and called and talked to them about ordeal. They refused to help any. I donate from csl all the time so it was all bull crap
