Went there 2 times got Wil and another younger girl they where nice but seemed rushed not there fault they where understaffed probably on purpose but it made me feel uncomfortable. Anyway went there a third time got Cher i belive she has a lip ring thats all I remember. She mis-stuck me so hard it instantly welted or blew my arm up with a bubble of air and she was like "oh thats not going to work" and poked it to the point where i almost passed out in pain. She then asked if i had ever had it done to my other arm. Scary enough I let her do it to my other arm (mistake I should of walked out or asked for someone else). Anyway my arm from the mis-stuck has been in pain for hours and i have a bruise the size of a BASEBALL no exaggeration! So be for warned u can go in there feeling well and leave in pain and discomfort for much long after possibly to SOMEONES pleasure. I also called back to see if i could donate in my arm thats fine. Answer: No

Two different phlebotomists absolutely eviscerated two different veins of mine and NO apology was given at any time. When the ordeal was finished they paid me 75% of what I normally receive. Apparently, after over hearing one of the phlebotomists chatting with another donor, they only received one month of training before being allowed to stick people hundreds of times a day. This incident makes me believe that not only is my case NOT unique, but I would surmise it happens all too often, but the employees know that donors are desperate for money so they know they can get away with this, well not today. I never had a problem with needles before today but thanks to the gross negligence and belligerence of the staff at large, I will be much more trepidatious in the future.If you value the safety of your veins and general vascular health, avoid this place like the plague.

Okay this place is okay for the 2nd or 3rd time you go in but the first time so hard. I was trying to donate the very first time and maybe a handful of their staff members was just super rude especially this one nurse ugh I just wanted to grab her by her hair and just punch her because I guess I got one of the questions wrong and she was just going on and on about how I should have got most of the questions right so while she was doing my hematocrits she said something smart under her breath ugh so while all that was going on, my heart rate was still too high because the first hematocrit that I took the first time and my heart rate was too high so she could take my blood she she walked off and had a little smirk on her face so I didnt want to hear her say my protein level or nothing I just left. So I came back again and it was pretty good for now.

Wow. Ghetto unprofessional staff specifically Kaleema who on 3 occaisions disgusted me. First by ignoring a patient in need of staff assistance even after I brought it to her attention, talked about the man she's sleeping with that already has a girlfriend in earshot of staff and patients (hide your husbands lol), and cursed like she was at home with her homies. Incredibly inappropriate staff that lacks the compassion to deal with the population they serve... it isn't worth the risks people!!!!

I have donated here a few times and i have not had a bad experience. The staff has been friendly and nice. First visit only took two hours from start to finish to get set up/vitals/donation. After that its about an hour. Ive had Deanna past couple times she gets it on the first stick every time. Not had any bruising from it. It does leave you feeling a little tired but after some water and a snack im back to normal. If you need some extra cash its not too bad. (as long as needles dont scare you)

I got really dizzy mid draw and had "convulsions" and became "unresponsive". They did the return of blood cells and brought out the nurse to examine me. The nurse downplayed what happened even though the employee who witnessed what happened to me repeated several times to the nurse I was convulsing and unresponsive. Vitals were taken and I was released to drive myself home. Being in shock, I just drove myself home and sought medical assistance the next day.

The staff at CSL Plasma are friendly and informative. I was deferred the first day due to temp and the next I was welcomed back and out of there in 2 hours. They also offer to pay by weight, which is $50 if youre over 150 lbs. I recommended this to first time donors, although theyre fast, theyre just trying to help you get out of there quicker, also theyre competent and good at what they do.

If you dont mind waiting 2 hours+ with a bunch of homeless drug addicts/prostitutes, in a dirty loud room with a bunch of their kids cause they cant afford day care, to be stabbed by some angry overworked hardly certified junkie off the street doing his job for money to obviously buy substances, then do it. Comitted to excellence? please.

Warning do not go to this place-WARNING-!!!! This place is the worst plasma donation place I have been to I have been here a total of six times and every time I have been here something wrong has happened. It is unprofessional ran my experience with this place is just all-around bad I would suggest going to Grifols plasma seriously!!!

The lines can be quite long, but I came to this place, not necessarily needing the money, and found that it was a fantastic place. I think most of these poor reviews are people hard-up for money, but the facility is clean, the staff is a nice as they can be, and the process is as efficient as it can be.

Unprofessional staff, using foul language at the front desk they also wear the same gloves for extended amounts of time! Coming from a medical background find disgusting that I have not seen 1 person wash their hands! I have decided to not donate and will be call Colorado department of health!

The experience is a toss up. Some people are lovely and some people clearly hate their job or hate dealing with people. Some days are great and easy, some times it takes 2 hour to even get to the chair. They never seem to have more than 2 people checking vitals no matter how busy they are.

they had me in n out in only two hours. I did call n bring all the paperwork BEFORE I came. Building is very clean and has comfortable chairs n big screen tvs. Yes some of the people in the waiting area are sketchy BUT its a plasma donation center. Also they pay you instantly on debit card

It was a waste of time. They should tell you all that disqualifies you right when you get there not make you go through the process then tell you are not able to donate after you spend 2 hours going through all their steps. A better idea would be to post this information in their website.

Been here a few times now. Most of the staff are very nice and friendly. Thier security guard is quite rude and seems to want to try and make someone angry. Theres no need for that. Be positive, be friendly and have some compassion for those who are taking time to come here.

They will harass you about incidents that never occurred at their sites, and the racism from their African-American employees is worth contacting a legal representarepresentative. I myself am about to start a lawsuit for such things as I type this out.

This place gets a very high volume of donors.overall they do a good job. Ive given at their location in Thornton and this place is way better. Fairly easy way to get 80$ a week if you can handle it. Its not for everybody.

I think they should pay people more then 20 bucks to get stuck expecally since they sell those for thousands. My boyfriend went they give you 60 at the first time and then 20 every time after nope not very good

If you get a girl named cher with a lip ring ask for someone else. Has no right to poke people with needles. Not a bad center. Compensation isnt terrible, theyre relatively quick. Just watch out for cher.
