I called today to see if they did a pickup for donation items. I spoke to a lady name Judy who was extremely rude and actually got very nasty with me. I called the Charlotte number but it went to a center who answered for all in my area. I think they need more respectful people answering their phones. it def made me want to go somewhere else

This Goodwill is fairly sizeable and offers a decent selection. I can always find good and sometimes brand new name brand polo shirts here at very good prices. The furniture selection is usually decent also. The staff is friendly and efficient 95% of the time.
