I have experienced courtesy from all the workers on the dock and in the office/store areas. I have also seen an improvement in the store organization, but feel the clothing area could use a lot more organization and/or presentation. I have both donated and bought items there, and have had a satisfactory experience in both instances. I wish they were computerized, so that records of donation could be looked up in the event that a donation receipt goes missing, perhaps donations of electronics that work could help with that?

One has to dig some, but some unique items and good deals can be found. Its a large place and is somewhat oddly laid out, but they have it all - furniture, clothes, electronics, decor, etc. I found overall prices to be fair. Its a very popular place.
