After 10 min looking for some help i ask a associate to help me and he just said i cant help you a we are close. So i said ok i understand but can you just help me with a simple question. And yet still he said sorry i cannot help you like i told you we are close. My reply was so you are kicking me out. And an other associate step in and said YES thats exactly what are we are doind and thats what we supposed to do. There are other ways to ask a costumer to leave.

The Goodwill in Albany keeps merchandise constantly moving. Good quality, lots of brand names and new with original tags still attached. The pricing seems to be going higher faster than ever before.

I think the prices for used and donated items is too high. They have the store well organized. Easy to find what your looking for everything is labeled and sorted.

Typical goodwill. My last experience dropping off donations left me annoyed, but it was primarily because of another customer who was there when I arrived.

Great place to shop when you are low on cash. I always aim for the 50% off stuff. Great place to buy cups/paintings and other unique items.

This location is one of the few that has less clothes and more other items. They have a pretty large selection of electronics too.
