Mu husband and i were settling our son to start med school at mcv. We went without him as he was busy. We found the help to be most accomodating: tony,ethan, ava, ivan chris, henry, etcetera.....they were most helpful and we found everything we needed there. and the manager, i forgot his name, but he was a real hoot...good sense of humor....this is the place to go. good stuff, fairly priced. great service. and they DELIVER, which mad our job easy. thank you. Dr. and Mrs. E.D.Gross (tony called me Miss Alice, so charming).

Dusty and dark store--at least in the clothing section. I came out sneezing. If you are a somewhat fashionable person under 50 you will find nothing in the clothing section. If you are one of those artsy people who like to dress like you got dressed in the dark you will be in heaven.

Huge selection of electronics (also a designated testing area), kitchenware, glassware, trinkets, books, visual media, and SO MANY CLOTHES! Great deals on furniture as well. Most people shop for the furniture but I found so many other things to occupy my thrifty hunger.

Great thrift store. Always staff/volunteers working to keep the store in order. I enjoy shopping there as well as donating there. They make it very easy with scheduled donation pickups and drop off. Recent rebranding and new paint job has a new energy there.

Love love love diversity! Not only do they help the community with their profits, but they also have an amazing selection of everything from furniture to clothes. I go all the time and highly recommend it as an essential thrift shop in Richmond.

One of my favorite thrift shops in Richmond. They always have a great selection of houseware items and furniture. Great deals on some nice items. The parking lot is small but when it fills up you can usually find street parking on the block.

I love this thrift store, my mom and I go all the time. I always leave with something. Be forewarned they do re-arrange the store quite a bit, so get used to their brand of departmental musical chairs. Great place and great staffers.

Huge place with a lot of things the sift through. The organization is a little lacking, and the quality of the goods is not great; but the prices are low, and you can find some gems if you take you time!

Occasionally will find gems here. Large selection of glass ware and furniture. Some stuff is slightly dated and definitely in the well used category. Prices are better than goodwill though.

You need to take a few hours and explore Diversity Thrift! There are so many rooms and things to look at! We got high quality metal bar stools for $15 each! I love them!
