The store seemed more of a craft market. Many new items rather than used which seems to be more of a retail nature. The prices were high on those new items.The store in general was dirty. The clothes, at least ladies shorts were all shoved together without sizing. I found skirts in the pants section. I realize much of this is done by customers at times, but it was between 9 and 10 am with very few customers. I worked for over a year at a Goodwill in Indiana so I know what I am seeing. Not many employees looking after that store. The new products should not be in the same store. I was very disappointed in this Goodwill. I have been in MANY Goodwill in Florida. Also many resale shops. I will not return to this store.

Sometimes the store is filled with lots of donated items to rumage through, and sometimes it looks more like a department store with fewer donated items. I can always find good bargains at better prices than the other thrift shops in the area. I went there again a couple days ago and the donated items were back in mass. They do a great job with holiday items, especially Halloween, and the staff seems to be more helpful (and better looking) than other stores in the area. Their music is fun to shop to.

This store would easily be 5 stars if they just cleaned it up. The store location itself is huge and open but the store feels crowded. I get they have alot of merchandise but it feels disorganized. Lines are normally not too bad and since they reorganized the front end it seems to flow a little better. Outside is a mess. The lot is big but there are usually people out there asking for money. Lot could use a little cleaning up.

One of my fav thrifting spots in St. Pete. I always find designer things and interesting vintage items. You have to love picking through the racks, but if you do, you will find some treasures. Good selection of housewares and books...perfect for inexpensive holiday decorations too! Staff is always super nice!

Uh where to begin? Constantly harassed by ppl begging for money. The male manager there is horrible. The only reason to go there is baby clothes. Most things are very over priced considering they got the stuff for free!! Somethings are the same price as new so know your brands etc

I love shopping at Goodwill for that hidden bargain. This store is larger than most with a good mix of previously used, and never-owned merchandise. The furniture area is lacking in both quality and selection, but the décor items are plentiful and surprisingly good.

Great stuff alot of new stuff in housewares ALOT and the pan handlers GW is a non profit org. The building is hugh the part of town should be upper class for this store but its not ,just SAY NO!GW helps so many in the community

This Goodwill location gets two thumbs up! If you enjoy a good dig, you will love this place. Still it is organized okay and the pricing for non-clothing items is pretty good. The staff is professional and happy to lend a hand.

Store is crowded and in-organized. These prices are more expensive then Wal-mart and I do not see how they are helping the less fortunate, staff is no where to be found, especially on the floor or at the drop-off area.

This Goodwill is quite large and just recently started a 50% off a color sticker every day. Lots of new merchandise though and not really any toys or much kids items. Very little furniture if you are looking for that.

Goodwills everywhere have forgotten what kind of store they are! You can buy new at the same prices or cheaper! You are a thrift store! You are suppose to be there for people to find a TRUE bargain not get ripped off!

If you have the time and willing to sift through the racks, you can find some great name brand clothing. Sometimes there are some peddlers out front asking for money or causing some sort of ruckus so be aware of that.

Great store, however new/promotional stuff marked at retail prices. Plenty of XBox/PS2, but have yet to see any cartridge-based games. Saw some $3 Sega CD games for $4.99 once. Better selection of other goods.

Homeless people asking for money...will literally come to your car or ask you when you enter or exit store. I counted at least 5 so far. Store is big and clean but I prefer the other Goodwill stores.

Nice selection of goods but the cashiers and employees are extremely slow and would rather gossip than work. Good prices and merchandise though. But expect a wait at checkout.
