All of the Goodwill stores we visited in Oregon had very nice items but compared to Arizona or Tennessee the prices leave a lot to be desired. But all employees were nice and the stores were clean.

One of the second nicest along the Oregon coast. The nicest is in Lincoln City. Some prices way too high for used donated items, but I love to look.
