horrid place. took nearly 6 hours to get done. the lobby and bathrooms are filthy and there was barely anywhere to sit. the woman at the front desk, "Shequita" i think her name was, was rude with some of the customers (mainly females) and clearly hated her job. I could hear her dropping f-bombs in converstation with a security gaurd from my seat while I was waiting. From what I could see nurses where talking in the back for hours at a time while people lined up waiting to be evalutated. simply horrible buisness. like someone else said, if I could give a lower rating I would.

I had an ok experience. No one was rude or anything. Only problem was when the machine was returning my blood, it pooled under my skin and left a big painful bruise. I dont think its their fault for sticking me wrong(had problems like that before), but i wont be back lol that was freaky! At least i still got $50 and they were really nice about it. Tips: if it starts to burn call a nurse over, and bring a jacket because the saline will freeze you up

Went today to give plasma, first time,worst experience I have ever had.Went thru the proper screening which takes 3 to 4 hours,then was told I could not give because they had to wait for a fax to come back which should of took no time,but was told to come back the next day to see if my name had cleared proper channels to see if I could give.The worst staff I have ever dealt with in my life,rude and very unprofessional?Smdh

HORRIBLE!! SET A WHOLE HOUR JUST FOR MY NAME TO BE CALLED BY ME BEING A FIRST TIME DONOR. SHE SKIPPED OVER MY NAME AND CALLED THREE PEOPLE IN FRONT OF ME! SHE WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL DARK SKIN YOUNG WOMAN AT FRONT DESK WITH THE RED COLOR ON THE ENDS OF HER HAIR. ILL NEVER DONATE BECAUSE OF THE UNPROFESSIONALISM. WE ARE IMPORTANT TOO!!!

First time donor, waited for over 4 hours, terrible staff, the facility is located in a dangerous part of town, and the service is atrocious. The Website promises more than they actually pay. Do not go here. Wasted my day.

The staff there is prejudice and biast. Deferred my husband for wearing boots like a lot of people coming in there do. They deferred me for speaking my mind about their horrible attitude s. Place needs shut down.

Idk what everyone else is experiencing but i like it the staff although they socialize with one another they also socialize with the donor and make them comfortable. Im there one hour tops everytime.

Waited 4 hours on a fax for my donor records that never came. Eventually just got up and left and not even one sorry or apologie from the staff. Very unprofessional.
