Good location and good store but the manager Gina that I had the chance to talk to on October 12, 2017 was so rude to me and to my wife while we were trying to ask a question about an item that they had in this store. She was unfriendly with us neither welcoming and Impolite. No customer service skills whatsoever. Therefore, I don’t recommend this store to give your business to some one who doesn’t deserve it neither this manager Gina deserve to work there.

this place is so unorganized and overpriced!!!! i went in there to find some stuff to buy so i can donate it to austin pets alive and they wanted $3.99 for a small food bowl! i ended up going to pet smart afterwords and buying a brand new one for less! if you are going for used, def check out Savers! they are wayyyy more organized and have way better prices! their food bowls were only $0.99!

I like this Goodwill. I have been happy with the service and selection here. Parking out front is very limited, so half the time I have to park in the back alley, which is cluttery and doesnt feel the safest. (Although its probably fine, but it doesnt feel safe to park back there and walk around to the front). I have found a few great gems here. Worth a visit.

This place is constantly picked through. They are typically putting stuff out a couple times a day but the shelves tend to be packed with unwanted/undesirable stuff. The shining light is the abundance of clothes on the racks(which must be looked at hard to find a diamond in the rough) and the silent auctions where they sell the really good stuff.

i really liked this store a year ago, i can find ok shirts, jeans, shorts, sometimes a nice winter coat, cool beer glasses, wine glasses, drink glasses, etc. the staff/cashiers are pretty nice as well. the last time i went though... it seemed they had too many employees following people around which was kinda sketchy.

I have been a customer at this store for over 10 years and the place has fallen on hard times. The staff are surley now and the manager is hopeless. The prices are out of line from other Goodwills. They seem ignorant of values in the real world. I have pretty much written off this Goodwill frommy list of stores

Watch the items purchased at this Goodwill store. I had bought a great small mop bucket with wringer the staff member put it behind the counter I went across the street to Half Priced Books. I came back about 15 minutes later and the staff member claimed it was stolen.I had already payed for the bucket.

Goodwill tend to be unstructured, but there is no indication where the line starts and I got cut in front of twice. The goodwill i typically go to have some sort of indications where to line up and are not as expensive for a thriftstore. So Pro tip: Pick an open line like a grocery store.

good selection, new products added weekly, fun auction every Saturday at 2pm, but this place feels a bit worn and dirty, needs updates to flooring, and needs to reduce the sheer amount of junk in several aisles. Prices are somewhat higher than the south (Brodie & S. 1st) locations.

Tried to donate clothes. Man literally walked in front of my truck and locked the door on me while pulling donations out of my vehicle. As I walked to the door, the 2 guys just sat there looking at me continuing to lock the doors. The date is 06/28 near closing.

A great location with a very good selection. They frequently change out the racks, and you can often find some really fun items here. They also have a section for bid auctions with nicer items. One of my favorite places to go thrift-ing in Austin!

My hands always feel dirty after about 5 minutes in there, but I did buy a VCR there and it had an old VHS tape of "The Grinch Who Stole Christmas". The commercials were the real gem as the movie plays a ton of times every year come the holidays.

My favorite goodwill in Austin. They go through a bunch of stuff and often have decent games and kitchen stuff, as well as a ton of clothes to sort through. They put quite a few items on auction, which happens Saturday around 2:00 every week.

Great goodwill with a variety of items! It can get pretty messy but for the most part the clothes and housewares are well organized. The employees are nice enough and the lines are usually pretty short.

I always walk out with something. I have found quite a few great deals! Wii system ($18), NES Wii game controller($3), gorgeous purses ($5)and leather boots/sandals($12). Great place for hidden gems.

Rude staff ... Refused to assist in moving a very heavy product (not even to the register). Staff also lacks basic knowledge of store policies . overall very poor service .

Sometimes I feel like all Goodwills are overpriced. Maybe it is a trend in Austin. I will give this store props for having a drive-thru for donation drop offs.
