They are disqualifying everyone that I have talked too. Even one family that I know of that had water up to their roof and they still did not qualify. A lot of us were displaced for over 5 days and had to purchase a lot of food, diapers and not being at home adds a lot of cost especially when you have 3 adults, 3 children and a pet. I will never donate to the Red Cross!!!!!! By the way I give them zero stars but it would not let me post without hitting at least one star. So far I have been on hold for an hour waiting for a human to get on the phone after someone transferred me. This is horrible and as I said before I will never ever donate to the Red Cross again!!!!!!!

These people( the Red Cross) are not helping people who really need the $400.00 To get there life together they are denying everyone that really need the money do your research on the red cross they give you inflated numbers on who they help truth be told just go around houston and ask anyone the red Cross not helping No one but themselves Stop giving these people your money please

Shame on you Red Cross. Stop pocketing this money and help those who are in need. We know you all are legally protected by laws that allow you to do whatever you want with this money. HELP THE PPL. DO NOT DONATE MONEY TO THIS ORGANIZATION. While we were here homeless, Red Cross put up volunteers in THE finest and most expensive hotels in the city. These are FACTS.

Red Cross president : you should make a better search of their personal volunteer -No all people has the vocation helping each other....for example the Mrs Matheny Frances -she has bad manners,she was so rude and she did not want to pay for the food that she ate -she never should come to Houston for help .

I am from the N. TX. Area and this is a great facility. I work in disasters and it is a wonderful building. Built to withstand hurricanes, as is the one in Baton Rouge Louisiana
