I would like to give this place a rating of ZERO stars. They are completely unprofessional, especially Sarah. I got deferred due to a slight bruise on my ankle (not even in or on my arms) and was told to come back in a week. Well, I came back the next week and told them that my bruise was ALMOST gone. They took a look at it and ACTUALLY ACCUSED me of trying to hide it with makeup. Not only did they say this, they said it in front of a busy crowd making me look like a complete fool in front of the public. It was handled very unprofessionally and Sarah SHOULD be FIRED for her act of unprofessionalism. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE and I hope CSL fires this woman. I am also reporting this on their website and to the Better Business Bureau. Complete lack of professionalism.

I came in and the staff were very friendly and forthcoming; the process took like 2 hrs for the first time you watch a video and then brought inside a room to be evaluated for certain medical conditions and are checked for vitals and health then given a physical and eye and ear exam; after that you are promoted to the top of the line and sent to a medical table to donate and after that first and second time 50$$$

This place is the best, out of the three plasma donation organizations, in Houston. One is too cold, one is too hot, this one is just right. The staff is awesome, great Customer service, their processing is fast. I look forward to my days. They are very calming.
