After researching multiple "Car Donation" organizations and web sites, I decided to donate the Chrysler to Kars4Kids. The donation process was easy, the website is efficient and simple to use, the customer service lady in New Jersey named Shirley was helpful, the follow up confirmation call was the same day of the posting and the car was picked up by noon the following day. All the necessary Department of Motor Vehicles documentation was provided right on the website. The process could not have been much better.

Their online site was very user friendly and quick (no more than 10 minutes). I spoke to a live representative through their live chat and they were friendly and knowledgable in answering my questions. I donated my car and I helped other people donate theirs as well to this wonderful organization. The towing company was fast and efficient and I received my tax deductible receipt as soon as the process is over. Donate your car to Kars4kids, you will not regret it.

I called with a car that was nonoperational. They took my information (on line) and said I would be contacted for a pickup time. They informed me to leave the title and keys inside the car (we live FAR off the beaten path) and we would not need to be there. They called to let me know when they would be there, and they were! Totally stress free with really nice people letting me know how things would go. Take care of the kids! Thanks!!

The Kars4kids folks were courteous, helpful and prompt to deal with and the entire process was easy. They called when they said they would call and picked up our vehicle when they said they would. The people who picked up our vehicle were polite and answered any questions we had concerning the pick-up. If you have a vehicle to donate, I would suggest a donation to Kars4kids.

This experience is easier than I imagined. My car left my driveway today. Everything has gone smooth, on time and as promised. The Tow truck driver from A Happy Guy Towing was easy going and quick to load my car. The Vacation Voucher will be the icing on the cake. Thank-you for your efforts in helping Kids.

Called them to donate, they had a towing company contact me. I had to change the pick up time and the towing company accommodated my request. The day of the pick up could not have gone smoother! Waiting for the vacation voucher and tax receipt! Definitely a great experience.
