*BUYERS BEWARE* What happen to taking care of the customer? They Sold us a LEMON and they know it. We purchased a 2014 Jeep Compass in April 2016. We have been back and forth to Forest City Honda for the last 2 months with problems with the brakes. So everyday that we have been off work we are at the dealership trying to have the problem fixed. They even had it sent to a Jeep dealership in Shelby. Still the Jeep did not get fixed. No one knows what the problem is. So we have a defective jeep. We call and speak with a sales manager and then the owner. We were instructed by the owner of the dealership to bring the jeep back. He said he would take care of us. Well after working with them for 7+ hours . They instead try to rip us off. By offering a little over half of what we paid. We only had the Jeep for a little over 2 months now. It just shows what kinda of people they truly are. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from FOREST CITY HONDA.

I was at the Honda Dealership getting work done on my CR-V when I decided to check what was available in the used car lot. I met a salesman, Kenny Schmidt. I told him what I was looking for and the price I was willing to pay. He asked me a number of questions and then searched the lot for cars that might interest me. He hit on the perfect match with the very first car he showed me. I am thrilled with my new purchased and his no pressure and professional manner made my decision easy.

These guys are nice, quick, and efficient. I told them I am from louisiana and if was any way they could fit me in for an oil change. At first it was no bec it was lunch and barely anybody arround, but then a kind mechanic told the guy he could fit me in right now as opposed to Monday. With in 20 min my car was done. I would suggest this place to anybody.

The Service Manager has no people skills, very rude. Did not let me explain the issue I had with a prior repair that was not completed to my liking ($300). Interrupted me several times and treated me like an idiot then walked away from me. I will NOT buy from this dealership again based on my interaction with him. His name should be Richard Cranium.

FOREST CITY HONDA HAS SERVICE MY 2011 ACCORD FOR 5 YEARS. THE STAFF WAS SO NICE AND PERSONABLE. I DECIDED THAT MY NEXT NEW CAR WOULD COME FROM THEM. JAMY PARIS WAS MY SALESPERSON AND AFTER THE SALE SHE TEXTED ME TO OME BACK AND SHE WOULD HELP ME UNDERSTAND THE NEW GADGETS IN MY NEW ACCORD. NEVER HAVE I GOTTEN THIS TYPE OF SERVICE WITH ANYONE.

I worked with Jamy and Leah. They were very helpful and seemed to be more interested in getting me into the car I wanted more so than the sale. Greg was very helpful as well and very kind when I had financial questions. I will continue to reccommend people to come here to buy cars.

I have had an excellent experience with Forest city Honda! I was able to turn in my old car that was breaking down on me, for no down payment on a new car all in one day! I was very satisfied with their business! Everyone there was nice and eager to help me. :)

Bought a used car from them and after about a week I had a noise with the brakes. Spoke to them not expecting anything, but they said bring it in. Service department quickly found the problem and fixed it...no cost to me. Highly appreciated and recommend.

Service dept delivers ! Jill, the rep I have delt with, is always super friendly and helpful. Got check engine light checked w/ no appointment. Needed some work done, they did it right away. I would recommend them again.

Stopped by today during the Honda event. Salesman very nice guy. The sales manager was extraordinarily rude, so I left. Cost them a used car sale today and NEW car sale in 3rd quarter of 2016 as I will NOT be back.
